The project explores the cryptic language of mental disorders with a special focus on depression. Based on a real-life journal, narrated with ruthless, and unfiltered honesty and supplemented by scientific insights and reflections, the book answers etiological questions and expresses legitimate doubts. It therefore becomes a medium that raises awareness and destroys deconstructive stereotypes of mental illnesses.
